looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who knows how to craft and execute a marketing plan that focuses on identifying the right levers to trigger customer growth within both existing and new markets. What does a growth marketing manager do?

A growth marketer is responsible for all the processes that improve business revenue. This includes everything from acquiring new customers and turning them into loyal brand advocates. A growth marketing manager also finds ways to revive inactive subscribers and reduce marketing costs.

Demand Generation

Use content marketing, organic growth strategies, partner marketing, paid acquisition, any other ideas you have, to put together and own a soon to be global demand generation strategy.

Funnel Optimization

Own the marketing to sales funnel, analyzing, & optimizing target audiences efficiency to maximize conversion rate and revenue 


Marketing Analytics

Use data and your analytic skills to identify and track performance KPIs that identify new opportunities for growth and improvement. Continuously optimize ads to hit target KPIs.

Conceive, develop, and execute on a wide range of growth marketing campaigns to drive education, brand awareness, and engagement, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid channels

Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the content marketing, product marketing, and design team

Leverage analytic tools during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s growth marketing efforts

Strategy: Lead strategy development and continuous improvement of robust cross-media marketing programs that include, but are not limited to, direct marketing, paid advertising, pricing strategies and new product launches for the Levana and Defender brands. Ensure all strategies are aligned across brand websites and Amazon. Includes one creative strategic proposal per month for Amazon and the brand websites.Advertising: Lead and collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement cohesive omni-channel paid and organic campaigns (primarily Google, Social, Amazon, Affiliate and media partners) that drive awareness, sales and improve the customer’s experiences with the brand. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of growth marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement of Karrot, leveraging multiple channels (social, in-app, SMS, etc) including both paid and organic. Build and provide robust performance reporting on all marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained. Experiment across platforms, conducting deep analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth. Work closely with the creative team and guide creative strategy to continuously optimize paid ad creatives for improved performance. Partner with central product and growth teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts that are aligned with broader country strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and user challenges to drive a consistently topical calendar.
